Edmonds Center for the Arts releases Strategic Planning Survey
This planning process will focus on five key areas:? Clarifying the mission and vision of the organization; setting strategies to improve existing programs and develop new ones, identifying opportunities to better leverage existing partnerships and to establish new ones, reviewing/modifying the long-range vision for the development of ECA?s campus and facilities, and setting strategies to secure the financial future of the organization, its facilities and its programs.
In order to gather critical input from a broad list of stakeholders ? including audience members, rental clients, partners, donors, volunteers and citizens at-large ? ECA is inviting all interested parties to take its Strategic Planning Survey.? The survey is available online here or on the ECA home page, and should take just 10 minutes to complete.
A paper copy of the survey will also be made available upon request by calling the ECA Box Office at 425-275-9595.
Everyone is asked to particpate ? from those who have attended any performance in the theater, such as an ECA-presented event, partner performance or other rental event, including dance recitals, to those who have been to a basketball practice in the gymnasium or participated in a class, seminar, reception or reunion in one of the other ECA spaces. Even if you have never been to the Edmonds Center for the Arts, your thoughts are important to the organization.
