TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- New details are starting to come to light about the reason the head of the Department of Children and Families suddenly resigned.

A state official says David Wilkins stepped down from DCF due to growing problems with the agency's private contractors.
????
Wilkins had been working with those contractors to overhaul the agency.
